We accept only genuine return cases only!!

We accept returns only in case of damaged products. Customers must record a video explaining the damage or the reason it could not be accepted, of the product and send to the Whatsapp No upon opening the package.

Only genuine cases will be eligible for returns.

The replaced product will be the same product that was damaged (if available), any changes regarding color, or product will not be entertained.
